Best of Bangas - five print bundle

A bundle of five popular prints from the "Love letters to Bangalow" series.

"Bangas" is the nickname lovingly used by locals for the town of Bangalow.

• Abracadabra:  The iconic hand-painted Abracadabra sign from the quaint little Bangalow shop on Byron Street, providing just the right mix of magic and Aussie friendliness.

• Bangalow Billycart Derby - race day: The annual Bangalow Billycart Derby celebrates community, inventiveness, friendliness and good spirit and is an unforgettable and much-loved annual event. Kids and parents build their own billy carts throughout the year and race each other down the main street throughout the day. Locals from the neighbouring communities flock to view the festivities, and the little town is packed by the thousands.

• Bangalow palm:  The Bangalow palm tree is native Australia and local to Bangalow. Its distinctive berries unfold under the leaves in a cluster, making it easy to recognise. It can be found everywhere around Byron Bay on the east coast of Australia.

• Bangalow bench: The wrought iron benches of Bangalow are decorated with emblems featuring the native Bangalow palm; pride and joy of the rural town.

• Morning in Byron Street: An early morning in the main street of Bangalow. A tradie’s ute is parked along the Ninbella shop front as he picks up his morning coffee from the local coffee shop. A tree provides cool shade on the side walk.

All prints are lovingly hand carved and hand printed and signed by the artist.
