highlights

architecture communications

As an educated building architect with a passion for storytelling, I have in-depth experience in architecture communications. It is not a building description at face-value, rather it is the sober and poetic weaving of meaning and direction through a physical structure. It is the matter of human value and how we generate environments that support us and the planet together.

As head of communications for Danish architecture studio, JAJA Architects, I led all pre-qualification activities, case studies, project sheets, press and social media and award submissions. I also supported with communication for stakeholder workshops and stakeholder engagement.

the impact

One-in-three win-rate for pre-qualifications throughout my tenure.

weaver of meaning

adopting tone of voice

Respecting both the poetic complexity of their projects and the fresh communication tone of voice of JAJA's communications, I easily resumed their communication style. Setting teams for pre-qualifications, choosing the right case studies to support and working in close collaboration with the partner studios to craft meaningful value propositions and visions for the project at hand, I landed a one-out-of-three win-rate for our pre-qualifications.

Stretching from poetic interventions in existing heritage architecture to integrated activity landscapes on rooftops of parking buildings and visions for future urban planning driven by self-driving vehicles, JAJA's scope is broad yet precise.

other architectural communications

Before JAJA, I have worked with architectural communications of a similar nature for other local and international studios such as SKALA Architecture and shl architects. As an independent architectural writer, I have also worked with other architectural companies for discrete communication tasks and written articles for Danish architecture magazines.
